Last week, I had praised Paris Hilton for dumping her no-good boyfriend Doug Reinhardt and embracing her single status with joy. And now the social butterfly herself is here to vouch for my words. Paris claims in a recent interview that she’s better off without Doug and is enjoying her single status.
The social butterfly tells Us Magazine,
I just realised that I’m better off without him. So I ended it because I deserve something much better! He wasn’t right for me and I will eventually find somebody who loves me for who I am. I love it! I am having so much fun. A lot of guys have obviously hit on me and I am getting thousands of calls, but I’m not ready to be with anyone. I want to stay focused on myself and my family and my work. Then, maybe in six months or a year… but for right now, I’m just too busy for a relationship.
Great going, Paris! I’m so glad that you have finally realized that there’s no need to rush into a relationship just for the sake of ditching your single status. I still remember the good old days when you were a CelebGuru regular, and I’m sure together we can bring back those golden days.
