It is only natural that celebrities will attend parties, so what???s new about it? Well, there is, if the concerned celebrity is a mother too???and she manages to squeeze in four parties in just two days!
Noted American actress and author Nicole Richie has managed to do just that. She kicked of her weekend by attending the opening ceremony of the Eli Broad Contemporary Art Museum in LA in the evening on Saturday. The 26-year old actress put on a gold and diamond ‘H’ necklace on the occasion, and was accompanied by partner Joel Madden. Speaking to the media, Richie said that their newborn daughter, Harlow, was doing fine.
The couple rounded off the proceedings on Saturday by paying a short visit to Beverly Hilton Hotel, where they attended Clive Davies??? pre-Grammy bash. Richie cited young Harlow as the reason she had to leave early. The actress had reportedly placed her daughter in charge of the kid???s grandmother before coming to the party,and the couple left the place at around 11:40pm.
Sunday night saw the actress, sporting a flowy bohemian dress, and her beau at Entertainment Weekly???s post-Grammy party at 10:40. Richie had a snack consisting of chicken satay kabobs at the party.
Teaming up with Madden???s brother,Benji, at about 12:10 am,the couple then proceeded to the Beverly Hills Hilton, to attend the Sony BMG party. Incidentally, Joel Madden is the lead vocalist of Good Charlotte, the band that performs under the label of Sony BMG.
At the party, Richie was seen to be holding her husband???s hand and leaning on his shoulder. After having a little bit of champagne at 1:12am at the party, the actress finally decided to call it a day at about 1:48, and moved on to ensure that her daughter was fine.
All in all,it was a pretty heady weekend for Richie.The young mother is apparently doing a pretty cool job of balancing her family and social life, and she looks pretty devoted to her beau too.
