Gossip blogger Perez Hilton has been sued over the publication of a stolen topless photo of Jennifer Aniston.

Universal City Studios Productions filed the lawsuit Tuesday claiming that the Hilton (real name: Mario Lavandeira) posted the stolen image on the perezhilton internet site.

The photograph was supposedly ‘misappropriated and illegally copied’ during the filming of the 2006 romantic comedy ‘The Break-Up’ which starred Aniston and former boyfriend Vince Vaughan.

The shot of Aniston, 38, was not included in the final version of the film, which grossed $118 million at the box office.

The lawsuit against Lavandeira, 28, seeks an injunction barring further distribution of the picture and requests a court order ‘directing the U.S. Marshall to seize’ the copyrighted material from the blogger.

In an e-mail, Lavandeira wrote that he had not yet seen Aniston’s complaint, and ‘would be in a better position to comment once his lawyers examined the lawsuit.

Well this is the second lawsuit filed over the distribution of naked photographs of Aniston. Aniston had sued paparazzi in December 2005 for photographing her topless as she sunbathed outside her L.A. home and the suit ended with a sealed settlement.
