Sports Illustrated model Petra Nemcova has received a wonderful gift in the very first week of this New Year. The 31-year-old Czech beauty is officially engaged to British actor beau Jamie Belman after eight months of dating.

“Petra and Jamie are delighted to announce their engagement after a whirlwind 8 month romance,” the rep said in a statement. The couple, who were introduced by mutual friends, spent Christmas together celebrating with their families and have not yet set a date or location for the wedding.
