Disney movie, ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead man’s Chest‘ opened with a bang in US. The movie made $132 million in just three days on release. It is surely a record breaking entry as in 2002, Spider-Man earned $114.8 million. It’s a matter of celebration for producers as well as their previous venture ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl‘ had an opening collection of $46.6 million in 2003.
Now let’s have a look at this week’s top five, Superman Returns earned $21.4 million this week and grabbed the second place. The Devil Wears Prada followed the Superman movie and made $15.6million. ‘Click’ and ‘Cars’ made it to the last two positions in the top five by earning $12million and $10.3million.
