I grew up listening to his hit numbers and I believe most of us 80’s born would have. Michael Jackson’s incredible contribution to pop culture had made him the king of pop. No one can forget him as a musical genius. Michel Jackson, the pop star is no more and the news of his tragic death has left the world in tears. The 50-year-old legendary singer died due to cardiac arrest.
No celebrity death has ever left me so sad and restless, but loss of this pop icon has really made me feel devastated. I really can’t believe it that I will never see this genius performing again, he has left us and will never come back.
I always loved his songs because of the confidence and commanding voice and style he possessed. I still remember an article I read some years back that when Michael Jackson’s voice was heard for the first time, it became really difficult for people to believe that it came from a boy.
Who can forget his signature moonwalk, the way he used to glide across that stage as if he was boneless. His smashing hits Thriller, Bad , Dangerous and Black or White are some memorable albums in my collection that will always keep Michael Jackson close to my heart.
His demise has left me numb and I don’t know what else to say, I am speechless and sad as if I have lost a childhood friend. It is one of the worst day in the history of Hollywood to lose this music icon.
Michael, we all love you, you will always remain in our hearts and we will deeply miss you.
May the greatest pop star’s soul rest in peace.
