Quick stir-fried cottage-cheese

Dennis one of our readers has demanded of some easy and quick recipes. Here is a 5 minutes and low-cal cottage cheese fry for him. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Cubed Cottage cheese
Sprouted Chick Peas
Chopped Onions
Dried Basil
Crushed Garlic
Cayenne Pepper
Cinnamon Powder
Oil
Salt

Method

1. Fry onions and garlic until transluscent.

2. Add cottage cheese, chick peas, spices, dried basil and salt.

3. Stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes.

4. Serve with a spinach salad.
