If grapevine is to be believed, Reese Witherspoon is going great with Jake Gyllenhaal.
Despite earlier reports claiming that the actress is merely trying a courtship with heartthrob Jake, friends close to Reese insist that the two are going around full fledged.
An unnamed source close to the two celebrities told Us Weekly magazine,
Jake doesn’t want a party girl at all. Reese is perfect because she understands the business and also the
importance of family. Plus, he admires her talent, thinks she is beautiful and he respects her values. He respects everything about her actually.
According to previous media reports, Reese was keen on a relationship with ‘Brokeback Mountain’ star Jake, 26, since her split from husband Ryan Phillippe last year. The two were drawn close to each other after co-starring in new movie ‘Rendition’.
The source added,
Reese was the pursuer and really wanted to date Jake. She’s known him for a while and thought he was intelligent and charming.
Witherspoon has two kids- Ava, six, and Deacon, three – with former husband Ryan, who she met at her 21st birthday party.
Jake, in past has dated Kirsten Dunst for nearly three years.
