For Facts of Life star Kim Fields motherhood came before she could exchange vows with her baby’s father, Christopher Morgan. But now when her son, Sebastian “Sam” Alexander Morgan, has turned five months old she finally decided to disclose her wedding with Morgan.
It has been learnt that she tied knot with Broadway actor beau, Morgan, on July 23, officiated by Pastor Donnie McClurkin, in his church office. Kim preferred to keep the ceremony a family affair and thus mom, dad, baby and one family friend attended it.
Earlier in May the couple had revealed that they intend to marry soon in order to focus on the pregnancy. Speaking to People magazine Morgan had said:
I wanted to be married first, but when this came up, it was like, there’s no need to rush anything.
On the other side Fields, 38, had added:
We wouldn’t go into having a baby without knowing that we’re it for each other and we’re not going anywhere. These are life commitments.
