Not everyone can create fashion and the statement currently stands true for the popular singing star Rihanna. Rihanna needs no formal introduction as she keeps on making the headlines every now and then and it is only sometimes related to her music skills and is mostly some controversy. This time it is her latest line of fashion dresses that have made the headlines and not in a positive manner. As per the news Rihanna was supposed to debut her line of fashion collection by the name of River Island collection at the none other than London Fashion Week.
She made the debut all right but the outcome was definitely what the singer expected. London Fashion Week is a mega event that brings forth some extra ordinary fashion trends and is closely followed by every fashion enthusiast. The collection by Rihanna had not one but many flaws and hence failed to make a good impact on the fashion experts. The entire collection by the singing talent was described as a horror show by most of the fashion critics which is definitely not a good one. The level of the collection was not up to the mark and there were other issues too.
One of the reasons that contributed in the bad reviews is that RiRi was late for the fashion show and that too by an hour. Punctuality is not the strongest factor but making the people wait for one hour is also not acceptable. The casual theme was not complemented at all by the outfits presented during the fashion show. The outfits that came forth were tight and uncomfortable and these two qualities are not the favorites of a casual girl. The outfits of the River Island collection by Rihanna were completely out of place as far as the casual look is concerned.
As per the sources Rihanna did not design the clothes herself and only was briefly associated with the entire designing process which obviously does not count. The colors and the designs of the entire collection were bad and that is why not one good review came forward. They were not at all casual and in fact no one will be comfortable once they don them on their bodies. The River Island collection by Rihanna sure gained lot f publicity but in a bad sense and that is not good.
