Poor Rihanna. She is already going through a rough patch in her personal life and one of her neighbors is hell-bent on increasing her tensions just because of some stupid grass in his front garden. Reportedly, the nut has filed a lawsuit against RiRi claiming that she is driving her cars over his front garden and ruining his grass.
Christian Moeller, a university professor by profession, lives next door to RiRi???s rented Los Angeles home. He filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court Tuesday, which alleges that RiRi allows vehicles to travel over Moeller???s lawn to get to her driveway and the cars are regularly abandoned on his property.
The interesting part is that the nutty professor is bound by an agreement with RiRi’s landlord, Stephen Yacobian, that allows cars heading toward Yacobian???s home to drive on part of the lawn. But Moeller now says that he has remodeled the house and that the easement is redundant and should be revoked. If this was not enough, the professor gives further proof of his cramped mind that RiRi has a security camera pointing directly onto his property.
The summary of the story is that the nutty professor is seeking unspecified damages for invasion of privacy, trespass, legal expenses and the revocation of the former agreement.
I don’t know how to react to this news because I’m not much into mad people. In fact, I don’t even pay attention to the blabbers of a mad man. I’m just concerned about RiRi. She needs some peace of mind at this juncture and this nut wants to pester her for a non-issue.
