Richard Allan Ream, a.k.a Rikki Rockett, the drummer of the 80’s glam metal band, Poison was arrested on March 26th at Los Angeles on a rape charge. The rape warrant was issued out of Missisippi and Rockett was taken in as soon as he landed at the Los Angeles airport after taking a flight from New Zealand. After his arrest, Rikki, 46, was booked into the Los Angeles county jail and apparently has been released from there. Not many details about the warrant are known at the moment except the fact that it originated from Neshoba county in Missisippi and it was for strong-arm rape. Rikki has had his share of controversies including sacking Poison’s then guitarist, Richie Kotzen for having an affair with his fiancee, at that time, Deanna Eve. Ricki also co-owns the Chop-Shop Drum company and he now has his own drum company called Rockett Drum Works Inc. Rikki is also a well known vegan and an animal rights activist.
