Hollywood star Robert De Niro is on cloud nine these days. The Raging Bull actor has become a grandfather again. The news was confirmed by a rep for his son to UsMagazine.com, who told the magazine,

“I can confirm that Raphael De Niro did indeed have a baby.”

Raphael, 34, is the son of 67-year-old Oscar-winning charmer and his first wife Diahnne Abbott. After divorcing, Abbott, De Niro married Grace Hightower in 1997 and is living happily with her since then.

Raphael is married to Claudine DeMatos, 34, for the last three years and this is the couple???s second child. Like his super successful father, Raphael decided not to venture into Hollywood and became a New York real estate agent with Prudential Douglas Elliman. He made it big time after getting profiled in the NY Times in January. Claudine is also into real estate business.

De Niro is multi-talented as he is an actor, director, and producer as well. He is regarded by many as one of the best actor Hollywood has ever seen. De Niro grabbed attention in 1973 with the film Bang the Drum Slowly. In 1974, the actor walked home with Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for portraying the role of young Vito Corleone in The Godfather Part II. In 1973, he joined hands with well-known director Martin Scorsese. In 1980, De Niro won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Jake LaMotta in Hollywood cult classic Raging Bull.
