As I write this story, a new era might have begun for rock legend Rod Stewart who is all set to tie the nuptials with his sweetheart Penny Lancaster today.
The stalwart rockstar chose his yacht Lady Anne McGee as the venue for his third marriage. Sir Elton John with partner David Furnish, ex-Liverpool ace Kenny Dalglish and comedian Billy Connolly will grace the wedding at the yacht which is stationed near Italian resort Portfino.
The wedding will be followed by a reception at La Cervara monastry.
Rod, 62, is enjoying a healthy relation with the 36-year-old ex-model since 1998 and the couple have a one year old son.
