While you were away going over your old Sex and the City tapes and catching re-runs researching Sarah Jessica Parker???s fanta-bulous ensembles, she just went and upped the ante allover again. Currently busy shooting print promos for the upcoming movie edition of the hugely successful TV series, Sarah found time to jump into the wardrobe van and emerged wearing a strapless dusty rose chiffon frock.
Most of us would have a hard time walking in something like that during the day for fears it might highlight our flawful (as opposed to flawless) figures. But not dear Sarah. She even pairs it with her staple floral beret which is horribly mismatched with the dress and overall color palette but she still looks so gorgeous! And she???s carrying a huge ruffled shawl, and she???s carrying a big orange bag, and she???s got her hair open, and she???s wearing contrasting shoes!
But maybe my sense of fashion harmony has been blinded by all her dazzling outfits in the show because I think she???s actually carrying it off! Gosh, you can really get away with a lot when you???re Sarah Jessica Parker. Which reminds me, I don???t think I???ve ever seen her look uncomely no matter what bizarre combination of colors and textures she???s wearing? Case in point world be the faux fur jacket she slipped on for the shoot. I guess confidence does make all the difference after all.
