I suspect this is some kind of strategy adopted by the folks at Mango. They do their best to keep ScarJo totally covered up in granny outfits at such events. And as soon as they realize that her fans are about to yell their lungs out for more of her hot body, they get their act together and release a steamy photoshoot to keep us captivated for the rest of the season.
