Half battle is already won as Kid Rock filed a lawsuit against World Wide Red Light District and court banned the sale and display of his Sex Tape online. Now Scott Stapp filed another case appealing to ban the release of the tape.
His attorney says that the tape was stolen from the rocker’s cupboard and the law suit claims infringement of privacy and copy rights and embarrassment.
