Sean Penn has done it again. The Oscar-winning actor has called off his divorce once again by filing a request to dismiss his legal separation case. Mind you, the couple first filed for divorce in 2007 but eventually decided to give it another go. Sean stunned us last month by filing a legal separation case for a second time. And now, well, he has decided to give it yet another go!

The Oscar-winning actor filed a request Thursday to dismiss his legal separation case, Marin County, Calif., court records show.
“This appears to imply that they’re reconciling again,” says L.A. divorce lawyer Lynn Soodik, who is not involved with the case. “It’s unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason.
Sigh! Another heartbreak for me. I was weaving dreams about Sean doing a 360 spin and landing on Madonna’s lap but he has disappointed me by limiting the orbit of his spin. Now I’m dead sure Sean Penn is made exclusively for Robin Wright.
