Jessica Alba threatened to file a lawsuit against Playboy for publishing her photograph on the cover page without her assent. She said that she wants to protect her personal rights and in future they will think twice before doing such a thing.
Her lawyer said that Playboy offered Jessica to pose for the magazine but as she declined their offer they managed to get one of her bikini picture Columbia Pictures.
While defending themselves Playboy publicist said that she toped their list of 25 Sexiest Celebrities and their editors compiled all the pictures and decided to print her picture on the cover page.
