It was just yesterday that we were all drooling over Shakira as she gyrated those golden hips while filming the music video for her new track Loca in Barcelona, and now there’s news that the Colombian singer could face fines from the Barcelona City Council.
The singer, who is in the Spanish city filming her latest music video, joined fans in the Pla de Palau fountain during an off-moment and performed the routine to her football World Cup song Waka Waka. Some fans who witnessed the frolicking posted it on YouTube and the city hall chiefs in Barcelona are not happy. They feel her behavior in the historic Pla de Palau square had broken strict antisocial behavior laws. One city council member pointed out that Shakira ‘did not even ask permission to film’ in the landmark, reports the Daily Mail.
