The 21-year-old ‘Disturbia’ star Shia LaBeouf has been arrested Sunday morning in downtown Chicago at a Walgreens. And for a change, the starlet wasn’t busted for DUI.
Disney star had some kind of altercation with a security guard at a Walgreens superstore. LaBeouf refused to leave the store even though he had been repeatedly asked to. The security guard asked Shia to leave because he appeared drunk in the store and when he refused, the security guard detained him and called police.
Now Shia has been charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and is scheduled to appear in court on November 28.
Cops said that Shia was ‘very courteous and polite’ with them and he posted bond before 7:00 AM.
Ohh! Poor Shia must be drunk coz Rhianna dumped him!
