Hollywood just can’t stay away from DUI incidents. This time it’s actor Shia LeBouf who has been held responsible for a minor road accident involving another passenger in Los Angeles. What comes as a big surprise is that the co-passenger has been identified to be none other than Isabel Lucas, who, incidentally, is actor Adrian Grenier’s girlfriend. Lucas and Shia,both currently shooting for the movie Transformers 2, were returning from a party, riding shotgun in a Ford F 150 when a heavily drunk Shia turned left after a red light signal, managing to lose control and broadside the car, all at around 2.45 in the morning.
The actors had some minor injuries, Isabel Lucas had to be admitted to Cedars-Sinai hospital for some minor head injuries. She was released later and is reportedly back on her film sets. It didn’t prove to be as lucky for Shia LeBeouf though. The DUI authorities made sure that the actor was duly arrested and held responsible for this mishap. Things however look gloomy for Lucas as well. Boyfriend Adrian Grenier doesn’t look quite so pleased to know that Lucas was found alongwith Shia, that too in the wee hours of the morning, all drunk after a party. No wonder Grenier refused to comment on the incident when asked about it. Looks like Shia LeBeouf has crashed right into the Lucas-Grenier relationship!
