Cox’s husband David Arquette’s brother Alexis wanted to film his operation for US programme ‘Alexis Are-Cut’. David was not against his brother’s decision but he decided not to appear in the show. At last Alexis changed his mind. His elder sister Rosanna said that it’s highly personal, though they respect his decision but doesn’t want any circus act surrounding his decision.
