Britney Spears is on hunt for a new and fancy lodging.
Brit after dumping hubby Kevin is now planning to sell the house they shared in Malibu for $13.5 million. It is also gossiped that she wants to buy a new house in Florida for more than twice that amount.
According to MSNBC.com,
The “Oops, I Did It Again” crooner is shopping for houses in the Miami area costing up to $29 million, according to Star. And it looks like she’s expecting a big payday to help foot that bill. Spears is rumored to be mulling a big Las Vegas gig, and the Star is also reporting that she’s negotiated a 20-week, $15 million exclusive performance contract with the Palms Hotel and Casino.
A source told Star magazine: “This makes sense. The people who own the Palms are long-time fans of Britney and are eager for her to perform there. The deal is worth a fortune.”
