Stir-fred Chicken Breasts

Now that the Dussehra feast is over, it is time to give our diners something light and flavorful. In the attempt to do so I tried out a simple chicken fry and it turned out to be yum. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

Sliced Onions
Chicken Breasts
Lemon Juice
Turmeric Powder
Sliced Tomatoes
Slitted Green Chilies
Salt
Black Pepper

Method

1. Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice and black pepper powder.

2. In a wok heat oil, add turmeric powder and fry onions until crispy and brown. To it add marinated chicken and green chilies.

3. Fry until the moisture from the chicken evaporates and the pieces become golden brown.

4. To this add tomatoes and salt. Fry this stirring constantly for 15 minutes.

5. Serve with bread, rice or pasta.
