Summer Feast: Low-Cal Fish in summer

fcrsLow-cal fish is best for those suffering with heart diseases, digestive disorders and diabetes. The recipe is as follows:

1. Steam any sea-fish.
2. In a microwave oven take tomato puree, garlic paste, turmeric powder and mint paste. Microwave for ten minutes. Add the steamed fish and then stir it without breaking the fish.
3. Season it with rock salt and black-pepper. drizzle olive oil.
4. Add enough water to make gravy and then microwave again for 10 minutes.
Eat it with boiled rice.
