Summer Feast: Tips to use yogurt in the best possible ways

Yogurt are known to chill you digestive system and in Eastern India it is used in different ways. I am going to share with you tips to use yogurt for summer.

1. In Chutneys: Mix yogurt with mint chutney, tomato chutney, mashed potatoes, culantro paste and other summer salsa for a yummy and healthy dip.
2. In Boiled rice – Fry onions, mustard seeds, peas, potatoes, beans add boiled rice and salt, fry for some time and then add diluted yogurt and let it simmer for some time. You will have a wonder ful casserole.
3. In sandwiches : Stuff your sandwiches with yogurt and herb sauce instead of high-calorie stuff.

5. Desserts: You can perk your fruit salads and mashed bananas with yogurt.

All the above tips are given keeping in mind the health utility of yogurt when paired with dishes.
