Summer Feast – Sprouted Lentil Salad

Sprouted Lentils occupy a very significant place in Indian salads and they are so common that you can find a line of vendors selling this salad as a snack-food in the evenings.

To make this you have to toss sprouted green, yellow and white lentils with salt, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, green chili and chopped onions. You can also add chopped salad plants into it if you are serving it for lunch.
