Summer Feast – Sauteed Papaya

papayaThe best summer lunch for me comprises of a sauteed papaya, boiled rice and stewed lentils. Papaya is very good for digestion, cleansing skin and is light at the same time.

To saute papaya, in a microwave dish add chopped papaya, fried onions, salt and pepper and a bit of water. Microwave it for 10 minutes and garnish it again with black pepper.
