Ingredients
Scrambled Eggs
Chopped Banana Peel
Chopped Pea-Skin
Bread slices
Yogurt
Rock salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Method
1. Stir fry the peels in salt and pepper.
2. Toss the peels in yogurt, oregano, rock salt.
3. Sandwich the mixture with scrambled eggs and the peel-yogurt mixture.
4. Toast the sandwich and serve hot with sauce.
