Firstly, I would like to wish Anna’s blog ‘Belated Happy Birthday’ for the sucessful completion of one year. One more reason to wish her is because she has sent me the recipe of the classic Swedish Prinsesstrta or Princess Cake that she baked on the above occassion.
This cake has a royal look and you need to be tactful while you handle with the assembling of the cake along with fitting of the pale-green marzipan lid over the cake, like a second skin.While you can play with flavors as far as this cake is concerned, Anne uses creamy vanilla custard and whipped cream.
