Tea time? Why don’t you sip your hot-steamy tea or coffee with delectable Chicken Pakoras? Just a little effort and a fantastic snack is ready to pair off your cup of tea. You can also relish it in your lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients:

Chicken, onion, green chillies, gram flour

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:

2 cups boneless small chicken pieces
1 onion, chopped
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Salt according to your taste
Make thick paste of:
1 cup gram flour
2 tsp rice flour
1/2 tsp oil Salt as per taste
1 green chillies, chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Water as required
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Make paste of all the ingredients of marination except chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken with the paste. Keep aside for 35-40 minutes. Dip marinated chicken pieces in the paste (the pieces should be completely covered with the paste). Deep fry till golden brown. Your delicious Chicken Pakoras are ready to be served with hot tea.
