The third annual North American Pizza and Ice-Cream Show to be held on 19th and 20th February at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Columbus, Ohio. This show is the most important event for those who have started up with the pizza business and want to reach out perspective buyers. NAPICS will feature workshops and programmes conducted by the experts as they give demos on dough making, managing a pizzeria, risk management in pizza houses, interactive pizza and ice cream test kitchen, decorating cakes and lots more.
The main attraction will be the Pizza competition in both categories of traditional and gourmet pizza, with a registration fee of $100.00. The first prize winner will go for the World Pizza Championship and the second and third prize winners will get a cash prize of $400 and $200 respectively.
