Former Family Ties and Crash Course star Tina Yothers has become a mommy for the second time.
The newborn baby boy weighing 8.8 lbs was born early morning of Monday, September 24, 2007 at an Orange County hospital to Celebrity Fit Club winner Tina Yothers and hubby Robert Kaiser.
The couple has named the newborn Jake Kaiser. Married to electrician Kaiser in 2002, the couple has a daughter Lilly and two sons from Kaiser’s previous marriage.
Singer Yothers won the VH1 reality television show Celebrity Fit Club on the fourth season. She has a record of losing a combined total of 42 lbs, over 21% of her body weight for the show.
She holds the record for second highest weight loss, and second highest body weight percentage loss in the history of the show.
The 34-year-old confesses that she was triple in size when she was pregnant with Lilly as she said:
I only worked out my hand and mouth.
When asked about such a big change in her body she advises:
Find a cookie you don’t like.
This time as she was carrying Jake she stuck to a modified NutriSystem diet and worked out three days a week.
