A California appeals court ruled yesterday that a lower court improperly ended Rowe’s custody rights to her two kids with Jackson, which may result in a fight for parental rights between the two.
Michael Jackson’s wife Rowe gave up solo parental rights to the Pop king in the year 2001, and said that she doesn’t want to share the responsibility as Michael was playing a good dad. But now after more than two years she wants temporary custody of their two children Michael Jr and Paris.
Reason is pretty clear Michael. Though he was released from the charges of child molestation but a mother’s concern is but obvious. Secondly, she is a Jew and fears that as Michael is being associated with Nation of Islam the children may be ill treated in future.
