Brady Green, a man accused of stalking retired supermodel Tyra Banks was reportedly captured by the police but only to be released in 24 hours.

Green, 37, has been harassing Banks for some time now. He has been sending letters, phone messages and flowers to Banks since January. On last Tuesday he showed up at the New York TV studio and asked to speak to her in person, though he was removed from the studio as soon authorities were alerted. He had a bag full of the Star???s cut outs from the magazines and notes about her.

After being removed from the premises he waited for Banks at a nearby fast food restaurant. This time police was called and he was arrested on the charges of stalking, harassment and criminal trespassing.

But to Banks horror, he was released on Wednesday after he appeared before Anthony Ferrara, Judge at Manhattan Criminal Court, and pleaded not guilty.

However, to Banks relief Ferrara has offered her protection.
