The news that Spice Girl and wife of soccer player David Beckham has topped Blackwell’s 2007 Ten Worst Dressed Women list has not come as a surprise to me. Occasionally, does Victoria experiments with vibrant colors and is mostly seen donned in her favorite black costumes. And who can ignore her short skirts, which has coveted her with ‘one of the most disastrous fashion years in recent memory’. Well, hope she plans and takes more interest in dressing up this year.
Amy Winehouse was second on the list and was titled ’50’s car-hop horror’. As a matter of fact, nothing seems to suit her tattooed and starved skin. The top ten worst dressed celebrity stars of 2007 are as follow–

It seems Mr. Blackwell did not wish to make things worse for Brit, after what she has undergone in past year. Disclosing the worst dressed names Mr. Blackwell wished Britney a better year and said,
For those of you who were expecting to see Britney’s name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was in appropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval.
