Miley Cyrus celebrated her eighteenth birthday earlier this week and gave us one hell of a reason to celebrate too, if you know what I mean. However, there’s one more babe who’s on the verge of becoming legal, who promises much more than Miley Cyrus and I just can’t wait. Victoria Justice! February 19, 2011 is the date and that’s just around the corner. Well, here she’s channeling Audrey Hepburn in Zooey magazine and looking as close to the classic babe as anyone can get.
