Miley Cyrus premiered her new music video for Who Owns My Heart, the second single from her album Can???t Be Tamed, yesterday. The video takes off from her bed and ends on her bed, but those are the only two occasions you will see her in the bed in the whole video. As for Miley’s appearance and actions in this music video, all I can say is she looks hot and raunchy but not vulgar. That’s it. I’m sorry I’m not in a position to comment on the quality of the song or her vocals because I watched the entire video with the volume muted. Check out the video.
