Here’s my favorite moment – and probably the most-electrifying moment of the evening- from the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. Dangling down from a dumb rope is so passé. The Black Eyed Peas took the entry act to a whole new level and flew in on surfboards while performing their hit song I Gotta Feeling. That’s what I call an electrifying entry! The Black Eyed Peas rock!!
