Whitney Houston is still the darling of the masses. She gave her first live public performance in nearly a decade at Central Park’s Rumsey Playfield on Tuesday as part of a segment for ‘Good Morning America’ and mesmerized the crowd with her presence. She was forced to apologize to the crowd for her visibly cracking voice before her closing act, but no one seemed to bother. The cracks, of course. Whitney proved that people love her just as much as always.
