Weekend cooking: Dried Meat in Cream sauce

ms1Weekend dinner is something that has to be hearty in my hometown and the only thing that comes to mind when I think of the weekend dinner in my home is Dried-Meat in Cream Sauce.

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients
Dried Lamb Meat
Ginger-garlic Paste
Chopped Onions
Worcestershire sauce
Soy Sauce
Cornflour
Red Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Butter
Cream
Milk

Method
1. In a wok add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Fry until brown. Add meat and red cayenne pepper. Fry until the meat is done and then fry for some more time adding the sauces.

2. In a separate pan saute cornflour in melted butter, salt and black pepper until golden grown. Add milk stirring simultaneously, to avoid lumps. Add one cup cream and blend evenly.

3. Pour this mixture into the meat and simmer for some time.

You can relish this with noodles or Brown Bread
