Welsh sauces bank on traditional ingredients to enter flavor market

welshA Welsh report speaks about the expansion of Cegin Famau Kitchen, Denbighshire based food manufacturer, with the launch of traditional Welsh cooking sauces. Facts provide that the specialty of these calorie-free, preservative-free and additive free, Welsh sauces is based on their gourmet creations when they are formulated on the Welsh-sauce making concepts to give unique taste when blended with foods.

The present founder of Cegin Famau Kitchen Elfed Williams states that:

The cooking sauces will include Welsh beer from Bragdy’r Bryn brewery in Denbigh, red wine from Padrig vineyard in Anglesey, Welsh mature cheddar from South Caernarfon Creamery and a tomato and apple cooking sauce which is the only one for which we were unable to source a Welsh ingredient.

The decision to move into a place, which has manufacturing facility, would be worth it only if the gourmet sauces are marketed globally for the consumers to get a hint of authentic flavors in the midst of new flavor innovations. However, the inclusion of authentic flavors will create much difference in a highly offbeat flavor trend in the market.
