Finally, some good news comes for the imprisoned ‘Girls Gone Wild’ head Joe Francis.

Jailbird Francis can now breathe a sigh of relief as a lawsuit filed by two underage girls accusing him of using explicit footage of the pair without their consent has been dropped.

The two young women dropped the case and have issued an apology on Monday.

Francis was put behind the bars earlier this year for using steamy video footage showing 17-year-olds Brooke Patsolic and Christina Brose in the shower for his adult movie series in 2003.

In a statement to TMZ,
“Patsolic and Brose say they have ‘agreed to dismiss our lawsuit’, adding, ‘Girls Gone Wild’ and Joe Francis have suffered as a result of this law suit (sic) and our actions.”

Both women claim they have not been paid-off for dropping their lawsuit.

Well, Francis is still behind bars on tax fraud of $20 million and six felony counts of prostitution, conspiracy and using minors in a sexual performance.
