I think the Chinese Chefs might get ideas looking at this sushi laptop. They can come out of sushi rolls to give creative bents to sushi.As far as the sushi laptop is concerned I think it is maki zushi or seafood mixed with rice.
The nori sheet is framed to support the sushi stuffings and then wonderfully embossed with avocados(I suppose) to give the look of Windows. Happy chinese New Year with this unique creation.
