Channel 4 has denied the allegations that that the documentary, due to screening on June six contains any graphic images of the accident. The documentary is based on the accident which killed Princess Diana. Hugo Swire, the Shadow culture secretary has urged to cancel the show. The documentary is named ‘Diana: The Witnesses in the Tunnel’.

The denial came after a report in The Observer which said that the film features Princess of Wales being treated with oxygen doctor along with images of the inside of the car. As per the report, the documentary also includes interviews of the photographers and others who were present at that time.

However, Channel 4 has urged the critics to first watch the film and then form an opinion. The statement of Channel 4, says, “The article in [the] Observer is both misleading and inaccurate as much of it is based on the views and opinions of people who have not actually seen the film.We acknowledge that there is great public sensitivity surrounding pictures of the victims and these have not been included. We are confident that once people have seen this film they will agree that it is a well-made and responsible documentary.
