It seems he had lost his hair and was sporting a wig,he also had four needle marks above his heart probably due to CPR done to revive him
his body also had four broken ribs ,apparently due to heart massage given to revive him but his frail body could not bear the force.Maybe the narcotics painkiller left his bones fragile and brittle,There was further damage maybe brought on by tubings inserted during resuscitcation and oxygen mask.
He was just skin and bones and in terminal decline due to cosmetic surgery. It is really shocking the way Hanger ons who were constantly with Jackson did nothing to stop him as he was on way to self destruction.
