Pop star Ashlee Simpson is moving to a beach house that’s why she wants to sell her lavish $6 million Encino, Calif., estate. Ashlee shifted into the mansion an year back and has put it up for sale now.
While talking about her houses’ strongest points, Ash said that for her it is the closet. Its 1,300 square feet that is actually more than enough for a person. The house even has a swimming pool with a mountain view. To add on to this, buyer of the mansion will get some high-profile neighbors as well. Ashlee says that one can see her parents’ house.
