The best part of it is that they are pre-packed, frozen lamb shanks with the sauce and seasonings, the bare minimum of dipping the unopened frozen packet containing the lamb shanks in simmering water for 40- 45 minutes will remain.
Authentic is meeting the consumer demands for Gastro pub foods in Britain and also asserts that the lamb shanks maintain the high quality gastronomy, with the home-cooked purity.
