When Blake Lively, one of the most influential people in the world by Time magazine, arrived at Times 100 gala in New York, the 23-year-old American actor and model made the heads turn not only because of her long flowing aquamarine dress with rhinestone studded bra but mostly because of the red hair, the starlet was sporting. Lively has colored her hair red for her new movie Hick in which she plays a glorious ginge. I personally loved Blake in the dress but red hair took time to get our eyes accustomed to.
